Day 9 - Run Forest Run!!

Yes, That is how I felt today as I tried to out run a snarly dog chasing me up the street during my cardio session today....the fucker. I was so pissed off! I knew there was no way i was going to out run it so I stopped, turned around and ran toward it growling and flaying my arms in the air. Well, luckily it worked. It stopped and turned around and ran the opposite direction. Fuck I hate people who don't lock up their dogs!!!! ARRRHH!!!

Anyhow....beside that, good day. Cardio session, check. Food portions...check. I even managed to get 2.5 litres of water down the gullet!!! That's a record for me. I've only just jumped on the porridge and cottage cheese wagon....YUMM!! But I have been having it cold which is still nice. Might try it with sugar free maple syrup tomorrow.

The boy is still away at the moment which makes it a bit lonely. I miss having a cuppa with him on the step each day. It's how we start are mornings. Him, cigarette, coffee and toast. Me, coffe and porridge. Hopefully he will be home on Friday.

I found out today that we have someone starting in my current job on the 11th January. The job was advertised, I didn't apply as I want to study next year. So this lady will be my clinical supervisior. I Can't Wait!!! I am over doing my job!! I dont want to be the boss anymore. I just want to study, work and then go home. Roll on January.

Anyway, till tomorow....off to eat dinner...
