Can I just start with a huge apology for my grumpy arse last night! Sorry, but hey, we all have days like this and it's cool to know I can just get it off my chest. I even googled for an image of 'shit on the liver' but didn't come up with the expected image....not to worry as I am sure you got my drift.
The boy is back tonight....Hurray!!! I can't wait. I did the fake tan thing last night...thankyou Ms Dove...and have a nice bit of colour. I'll see if he notices...boys never notice that stuff but sometimes he surprises me.
I'm going to try and get off early from work today...I want to get my weights workout done before "nutta" gets home. I started the program whilst he has been away and have got into a nice routine and I know tomorrow morning he will want a sleep in ahich means I can go do my cardio while a rests.
